The Irish Australian Support & Resource Bureau is a non-profit organization that was formed in the early 1970s by a group of community-minded people to assist those in distress.

Since then the IASRB has expanded its services to include social and cultural events as well as assisting with employment and welfare issues. We work hard to achieve the following goals:

Our vision: The IASRB is a place for Irish-Australians to find help and support and friendship.

Our mission: For those in need, the IASRB provides confidential and caring support to the extended Irish Community in Melbourne. The IASRB invites all those with an interest in Irish affairs to drop into the Bureau. Our doors are open to backpackers and temporary residents and those who have been here for many years.
